Used in construction gravel, sand production process, especially broken basalt and other hard materials, not only high efficiency, low production costs, and crushed product of grain type, high-quality sand and gravel aggregate. CS Series High-efficiency spring cone crusher can be widely used in metal and nonmetal mines, cement, construction, sand and metallurgical industries. It applies to iron ore, nonferrous metal ore, granite, limestone, limestone, sandstone, pebbles and so on. The main structure: CS Series High-efficiency spring cone crusher mainly consists of frame, the cone assembly, composed of moving cone assembly, a spring mechanism, bowl-shaped frame portion and the drive shaft and other parts. Its auxiliary section, the electrical system, lubrication system and hydraulic clean cavity system. There are fixed cone assembly adjustment sets the bowl and other components, mainly by the spindle moving cone assembly, moving cone, broken walls and other components, mainly composed of large pulley transmission, drive shaft, a small bevel gear, bevel gear large and other components.

working principle:

Thus, moving cone of motion can be regarded as a rigid body rotating around a fixed point, namely, moving cone of movement is provided by two rotary motion: the precession movement or implicated in motion (dynamic cone machines around the center rotary motion) and the relative movement or rotation motion (dynamic cone around its own axis rotary motion).
